About

I’m not one for bios but hey—I suppose it’s a good idea for a blog.

I was born in Montreal but have lived in Toronto for much of my life.

I work at a great public relations agency with very talented people. I have been extremely lucky to be part of something so amazing.

When I am not at work, I am running around the city.

I LOVE to shop with a deep affection for accessories. Handbags and white running shoes have always had a special place in my heart.  I don’t discriminate among shoes; flats, heels, boots, flip flops are all welcome. There is just something about a white pair of cross trainers. I’ve had a few that have been special—AND 1 (yes I know these are basketball kicks, but they were fab in the white and light blue), old school canvass Tretorns, and Sketchers skate shoes (they looked a lot like Etnies).

I am a die-hard Starbucks drinker—and not just because my agency works on their programs.  Nothing is better than the zen green tea or a good ‘ol latte, especially in the winter.  In the summer, I love me some caramel frap or a passion tea lemonade—yummmm.

However, nothing quite beats a glass of water. I am kind of a water connoisseur with a ranking of my preferred sources —seriously! First; tap. Not a popular choice among the masses these days but I love the tap water in Toronto. Next on the list is filtered water. I have a Brita at home and it makes perfect cold water. If I have to go the bottled water route, here are my top picks; Voss, Smart Water, and Aquafina.  I am serious about my water.

I am proud fan of pop music. I am talking boy bands… teen idols…group choreography…that’s my zone. I believe my boyfriend in university named my car at the time “the pop-mobile”. I do have to say, I enjoy all types of music. I promise I am well-versed; more than my profile alludes to.

I can also be found running on a treadmill. I am  desperately trying to become a better runner. I am working with a trainer at my gym (hi Mike!)  in an effort to become a “real runner” with the goal of doing a 5K (to start).  If you have any tips, please share. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Gotta Run.
